Admission to TrendUp’s L-Program is selective and cohorts fill. Partnership lets your committee put members forward directly.

After L1–L3, the nominee your committee designates receives priority admission to the Specialization & Recruitment Program (SRP), TrendUp’s internship placement program. Nominees still need to meet the SRP admission requirements.
Members learn to build and defend investment ideas the way funds do, with work reviewed by fund professionals and preparation for the Certified Futures and Options Analyst exam.
For your committee
The partnership is run by your committee, and it recognizes the officers who run it.
Your committee decides whom to nominate and designates which nominee receives priority SRP admission. Pick them however you like, from a vote to your own stock pitch competition.
Each partnership year, one officer of your choice takes L1 at no cost.
Your club becomes an official TrendUp Partner Club, with a partner badge for your website and social channels.
Officers who run the partnership receive a TrendUp letter recognizing their role, for their own internship and job applications.
The internship pathway · After L3
SRP participants intern at collaborating hedge funds, family offices and private investment firms, with professional mentoring and recruitment preparation alongside.
Members who qualify for the SRP state their internship preferences, and placements are matched to them.
Members from the same club can choose different internships.

Members who qualify for the SRP choose their preferences, including paid or unpaid, full-time or part-time, and remote or in person. Members from the same club may end up in different internships.
No. Partnership is free for the club. Nominated members enroll and pay individually at the partner rate.
The partnership is with your student organization. Your officer should have authority to represent the club and follow any university rules that apply.
No. L1 starts with the foundations. Nominate members for their interest, reliability and willingness to do the work.
Yes. The nominee your committee designates receives priority SRP admission, provided they meet the admission requirements. If they don’t, your committee can designate another qualifying nominee. Any other member who qualifies can enter the SRP through the standard selection process.
Name a successor contact before the handover and the partnership carries over to your incoming officers.
